Youth
First Baptist Church Youth ministry is here to connect junior high and high school students to the love of the Father and to a loving community of believers.
Our first priority is to ensure our youth (and in conjunction) their families have the opportunity to accept God’s grace and come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
The FBC Youth Department wishes:
- To grow our youth’s knowledge in scripture and encourage personal bible study
- To develop youth who become “doer’s” of God’s word and not just “hearer’s”
- To grow and encourage our youths’ personal relationship with Christ and then with one another
- To develop a youth ministry that is UNITED in God’s love and grace
- To develop a youth ministry that shows GRACE to one another and others
- To develop a “like minded community” of believers and brothers and sisters in Christ>
We meet Sunday Mornings in the youth room at 10:00 AM for Sunday School and fellowship together with breakfast on the first Sunday of every month. Our weekly student service is Wednesday night beginning at 5:30 PM with a meal followed by bible study. We also fellowship together in bible study and games on Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM.
